How your family's information is handled

Who runs this site

This ordering site is operated by Brianna Marie Photography for the school named on the home page, using the Westline Photo platform built and hosted by Westline Marketing. Questions go to hello@briannamariephoto.com.

What we have about your family

• Roster information from the school: your child’s name and grade, and the parent name, email, phone and home address the school has on file. This is what makes the family page work.
• Photos: your child’s portrait and the class photo, taken on photo day and retake day.
• Order information: what you ordered, the name, email, phone and shipping address you enter at checkout, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe, and never touch this site.

How photos are used

• Previews on the family page are reduced-size and watermarked. Full-resolution files are private.
• Full-resolution files are used only to make the prints and digital downloads you buy, and to give teachers and the school office their own copies for school use.
• Prints are made by a professional photo lab that receives only the image file and your shipping address.
• Photos are not sold, used in advertising, or shared with anyone else.

Who can see what

• Searching for a child shows only family names and children’s first names, never contact details or codes.
• Your family page opens from a private link. Anyone with that link can see the previews and place an order, so treat it like a ticket.
• Download links for purchased photos are private, time-limited and sent to the email used at checkout.

How long things are kept

• Photos stay online for about one school year, then are archived. Reorders after that need the photographer to restore them.
• Parent contact details from the roster are archived a set time after the season ends unless your family placed an order.
• Order records are kept for accounting and to support reprints and refunds.

Email and text messages

You may receive emails about ordering opening and deadlines, plus receipts, download links and shipping updates for your orders. Emails from this site note whether they were opened, which lets reminders skip families who have already seen them. Text reminders go only to numbers with consent on the roster; reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Order activity

When you use your family’s order link, this site records which step you are on, what is in your cart, and whether you check out. The photographer uses this to see orders in progress, to help families who get stuck, and sometimes to email a reminder about an unfinished order. This record stays with us and is not sent to Google or anyone else. It is deleted about 90 days after your last visit.

Your choices

To correct roster details, ask the school office. To request a retake, use the button on the family page. To remove your family’s photos or contact details early, or for any other request, email hello@briannamariephoto.com.
